                  Who wants to be an evaluator?

I'm fond of the saying, never take advice from someone you're not willing to trade places with in that area. Some of Whom would you consult before your next evaluation project?

Why would you take technology program or e-learning evaluation advice from this source? What characteristics makes that person or that evaluation resource valuable to you?
